Infected Liberty
Welcome to the infected Liberty City, where you will find yourself in the center of the zombie apocalypse! In this unique modification for GTA 3 you will have to survive, playing as Darkel, and to help you in this difficult task will be Claude himself. Get ready for a merciless fight: kill zombies before they get to you!
The mod completely transforms the game, offering you tons of new content and challenges:

Mod Installation:
