Winter Islands
This special mod enhances the winter and holiday atmosphere in GTA 5, featuring numerous updates and new elements.
Features:
- Adds multiple icy and snow-covered islands with northern forests, frozen lakes, and an ocean;
- Includes various settlements designed for fishing, exploration, oil extraction, and polar tourism;
- Features a house with an interior, various activities, festive decorations, pedestrians, and interactive scenes;
- Living in this environment is challenging—travel is only possible via snowmobile or helicopter. Supplies must be delivered by boat or plane;
- The area has great potential for future expansion and city development.
Recommended for best experience:It is highly recommended to use this mod alongside a snow mod (via a trainer or another tool) to enhance the weather and ground effects.
Installation Instructions:
- Place the "north.xml" file from the "My Mods" folder into your main GTA 5 directory.
- Download and install all the required mods listed below in the same order:
- OpenIV
- Map Editor
- Object Spawn Unlocker
- Increased Props
- Custom Props Add-on
- Mapping Community Pack
- Snowmobile Mod
- FlattenWater V
- No Boundary Limits Mod
- Move the "objectlist" file from this mod into your scripts folder and replace the existing one. This folder also contains all necessary map objects from the required mods.
