This modification improves the artificial intelligence of NPCs. Now cabs work properly — cab drivers pick up pedestrians; there will be more planes in the sky, but if you explode from an oncoming plane, you get 2 stars. In general redesigned firefighters, bandits in the streets. If CJ kills someone, a coffin car will arrive.
