Updated popcycle.dat for GTA San Andreas (iOS, Android)
Now peds will spawn intelligently based on class, region and time. Peds are a bit random hence chances of seeing a ped twice are significantly reduced.
Installation: Extract the zip file and copy/move the "popcycle.dat" to Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtasa/files/data. Make sure to back up your original popcycle.dat file in case you wish to remove the mod.
