This is the mod version Declasse Brigham Estate with a low polygon count, optimized for the mobile version of GTA: San Andreas.
The mod has a lightweight model (only 342 KB) and is suitable for play, ensuring smooth operation on mobile devices.
Features:
- Low polygon count model : Optimized for mobile devices with reduced polygon count for better performance.
- DFF only : Does not require TXD files or images.

Installation:
- Use GTA IMG Tool to add the file DFF into the game.
