Coat and Tie
CJ has got new clothes! He's wearing a coat on the outside and a tie inside. This new outfit replaces the combat jacket. You can go to the Binco clothing store and choose the combat jacket. That will do.

Installation:
- Open the ES File Explorer, click on Internal Storage, then click on Android, then click on obb. Find the folder with the Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas icon and click to enter it. Rename the file inside and add a ".obb" to it.
