Ever hated the fact that some car doors are locked all the time? Wanted to steal a vehicle from a cop easily or a mission vehicle?
Then I have what you need.
This mod forces all car doors to be unlocked so you can steal them in get in like it's no one's business.
How to install: install CLEO and put the cleo folder in your GTA folder
How to use: just try to steal any vehicle that's normally locked (for example: steal a cop car while a cop is inside)
