Bike and Car Wind Effect
This mod add a wind like effect when you ride motorbikes or drive car at high speed.
Requirements:
- Modloader
- EffectLoader
- CLEO+
How to install:
- Put "models" and "modloader" folders into the root folder of your GTA SA.
