I've recreated a Ford F350 ambulance from AMR (American Medical Response) which is a private American insurance company that operates all over the country, but instead of saying AMR it says SAMS which is like a parody of AMR but from GTA 5 which stands for "San Andreas Medical Services".
I've fused the chassis of the "Utility" truck and attached it to the ambulance chassis. I've added some emergency lights on the sides and some other things!
