Год основания подразделения неизвестен.
Природа миссий U.B.C.S. в большинстве своем рискованна и опасна, в каждой операции сохраняется довольно высокая смертность членов подразделения. Предположительно, U.B.C.S. состоит из военных преступников и наемников со всего мира, которые присоединились к U.B.C.S. в альтернативу высшей мере наказания.
