This mod adds a new playable character to GTA: Vice City — Barack Obama, the 44th President of the United States. The model is made taking into account the original style of the game and replaces the standard appearance of Tommy in a blue suit (player2.dff). The modification is adapted for the mobile version of the game (Android) and requires basic skills in handling .img and .txd files.
