After adding this mod you will be able to make the police your protection, they will become your bodyguard. It is possible that the army, feds and special forces will hurt you at a higher level of search, but the police will remain calm.
In short, the police will start to like you after adding this mod. But this will only be possible if you spawn the police.
Press the 4 key to spawn the police as a bodyguard.
