罪恶都市强硬路线是一个模组，旨在使每个任务都变得困难和/或令人沮丧，目标是热情的罪恶都市玩家和那些寻求挑战的人。任务的改变可能从简单而有效的改变到使任务几乎无法识别的重做。
模组的主要特点：
- 36个故事任务 更具挑战性；
- 21个支线任务 也变得更难；
- 新的玩家模型 – Tommy厌倦了这些游戏；
- 限制访问 强大的武器和工具；
- 隐藏的包裹、贿赂和武器拾取被移除 以消除轻松的优势；

Vice City Hardlined
Vice City Hardlined is a mod that aims to make every mission difficult and/or frustrating, targeted towards passionate Vice City players and for those looking for a challenge. The mission changes may vary to simple yet effective changes, all the way to reworks that make the mission almost unrecognizable.
Main features of the mod:
- 36 story missions made more challenging;
- 21 side missions also made harder;
- New player models – Tommy is tired of these games;
- Limited access to powerful weapons and tools;
- Hidden packages, bribes, and weapon pickups removed to eliminate easy advantages;
- Weapon nerfs – reduced effectiveness;
- Tommy is more fragile – lower health and armor;
- Save anywhere (when not on a mission) by entering the cheat code “PPP”;
- Mission retries now mean certain death;
- Minor map changes to ensure compatibility with certain missions.
