东京高速公路 (VC)
这是一个基于东京城市制作的小区域，适用于GTA SA。这里有建筑物、植被，房屋上安装了广告牌，还有指示行驶方向和街道名称的信息标志。
附注： 我尝试了很久将这个mod转换，但总是遇到巨大.col文件的问题，经过一段时间，我用一种特殊的方法成功减少了.col文件。因此，地图的碰撞并不是最干净的，但使用起来没有问题。
简单安装：
- 将Freeway文件夹复制到modloader文件夹中。
手动安装：
- 将data文件夹复制到游戏根文件夹中——安装gta3.img文件——在你的gta_vc.dat中添加以下行：
IDE DATA\MAPS\Freeway\Expressway.IDE
COLFILE 0 DATA\MAPS\Freeway\Expressway.COL
IPL DATA\MAPS\Freeway\Expressway.IPL

A small area made on the basis of the city of Tokyo for GTA SA. There are objects of construction, there is vegetation, billboards are installed on the houses, there are information signs indicating the direction of movement and the name of the streets.
Side note: I have tried to convert this mod for awhile but always had issues with the huge .col files, I managed to reduce the .col file with a special method after awhile. So the collision of the map isnt the cleanest but still has no issues to to use it.
Easy Install:
- Copy the Freeway folder into the modloader folder.
Manual install:
- Copy the data folder into your game root folder — install the gta3.img files — add these lines to your gta_vc.dat:

COLFILE 0 DATA\MAPS\Freeway\Expressway.COL
