安装:
转到 OpenIV 并打开 mods-x64-audio-sfx-S MINI GAN.rpf（如果你没有在 mods 文件夹中，则通过编辑模式从根游戏文件中复制）

This mod adds new alternative voice lines in Russian for Armenian Mob peds (originally imported from GTA 4)
The idea is to give the game more diversity in realism, especially when you have a lot of people of Armenian descent that speak Russian as a second or third language.
The peds will now encounter in Russian mixed with English, in a new-fashioned way
Installation:
Go to OpenIV and open mods-x64-audio-sfx-S MINI GAN.rpf (if you don't got in the mods folder, copy it off the root game files via Edit Mode)
Once you're there, go to "sounds" folder and drag the files inside into the S MINI GAN.rpf folder.
