越南人民警察的历史可以追溯到抗法战争和抗美战争时期。当时，警察部队逐渐建立和发展，主要满足战争期间的安全需求。战争结束后，随着越南国家建设的推进，警察部队不断壮大，逐渐形成了一个比较完整的体系。
该模型总共超过500kb。替换模型为lvpd1.dff (拉斯维加斯警察)。您需要准备ES文件管理器、TXD TOOL和IMG TOOL。
安装：
- 打开ES文件管理器，点击内部存储，然后点击安卓，再点击obb。当您看到带有侠盗猎车手：圣安地列斯图标的文件夹时，点击进入。通过在文件末尾添加 ".obb" 来重命名里面的文件。然后点击压缩包，在texdb文件夹中解压gta3.img和名为gta3的文件夹（一个是img文件，另一个是文件夹）。然后解压缩这个mod压缩包中的dff.zip和txd.zip文件（里面有dff和txd文件）。
- 点击IMG TOOL，打开texdb文件夹中的gta3.img文件，搜索lvpd1，然后删除它。然后找到解压缩的越南人民警察（lvpd1.dff）并放入。
- 然后打开TXD TOOL，点击gta3.txt文件右下角的第二个txd图标，选择（打开），点击覆盖并创建关联，最后进行快速覆盖，就完成了。

- Click on IMG TOOL, open the gta3.img file in the texdb folder, search for lvpd1, and then delete it. Then find the unzipped People's Police of Vietnam (lvpd1.dff) and put it in.
- Then open TXD TOOL, click on the second txd icon at the lower right corner in the gta3.txt file, select (Open), click on Overwrite and Create Association, and finally do a quick overwrite, and it will be done.
