Project re:LIT - Los Santos

Adding tons of improvement to the game with 'pre-rendered' lighting and illumination effects. It aims to blend perfectly with the rest of the original map as if it was made by Rockstar. The changes is massive, the screenshots only showcased some of them.

- Fixed some vertex color leaks.
- Smoother prelighting.
- Bug fixes that came from the original models, thanks to Hysen for letting me use his fixes as base models.
25-04-23 changes:
- Fixed buildings looking too dark on vanilla graphics. Now you can use project re:LIT part 2 without SkyGFX (ps2 modulate).
Project re:LIT part 2 (Los Santos)
- 241 changes and improvements across Los Santos.
- Adding 2dfx coronas and pointlight on some buildings.
- Fixed vertex color on buildings, roads, and ground areas.
- "Prerendered lighting and shading" effect on buildings and streets.
- Changes in LODs and and some night windows objects on buildings.
- All these changes blend perfectly with the style and ambience of Los Santos.
