2-打开"IMG TOOL"程序，按照路径:(C, D, E...等)\GTA圣安地列斯\models\gta3.img。
3-在"gta3.img"文件中，找到"phoenix.dff和phoenix.txd"，用来自压缩包的新文件替换它们。
4-进入数据文件夹，使用"记事本"打开"handling.cfg"以替换操控行(PHOENIX)。
