安装说明（安卓）：
所需工具： ES 文件浏览器、IMG TOOL、TXD TOOL。
- 访问游戏文件：
- 打开 ES 文件浏览器 并导航至 内部存储 > Android > obb;
- 找到带有 GTA：罪恶都市 图标的文件夹，打开它并通过添加 ".obb " 到名称的末尾来重命名文件（如果尚未指定）；
- 解压缩 mod 存档中 texdb 文件夹中的文件 veh_high.img 和 veh_high.dir。
- 更换飞机模型：
- 打开 IMG TOOL，从 texdb 文件夹加载 veh_high.img；
- 找到名为 "skimmer"的文件，将其删除；

This mod adds a de Havilland Chipmunk T.10 light training aircraft to GTA: Vice City, replacing the standard hydroplane model(skimmer.dff). Designed as a successor to the Tiger Moth, the Chipmunk has been used since the 1950s for initial pilot training. It is equipped with a single propeller engine and reaches speeds of up to 222 km/h. Features high maneuverability and stability, making it an excellent choice for training flights.

Installation instructions (Android):
Required tools: ES File Explorer, IMG TOOL, TXD TOOL.
- Accessing the game files:
- Open ES File Explorer and navigate to Internal Storage > Android > obb;
- Find the folder with the GTA: Vice City icon, open it and rename the file inside by adding ".obb " to the end of the name (if not already specified);
- Unpack the files veh_high.img and veh_high.dir from the texdb folder in the mod archive.
- Replacing the airplane model:
- Open IMG TOOL, load veh_high.img from the texdb folder;
- Find the file named "skimmer", delete it;
- Add a new model: Chipmunk-T10 (skimmer.dff) from the unzipped archive dff.zip.
- Texture Installation:
- Open TXD TOOL, go to gta3hi.txt;
- Click on the image icon in the bottom right corner;
- Set Uncompressed 32bpp, select all images, confirm with the check mark;
- Click "Overwrite Textures" to apply the textures.
Now you can fly around Weiss City in a classic Chipmunk T.10 trainer airplane!
